Deposits & Booking Book now!
We’ve made booking easier than ever! A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but deposits are only required for complex services or those that take longer than 2 hours time (like colors & color corrections, chemical treatments, formal styles, and HeadSpa).
These services require more time and preparation, so we ask for a 50% deposit, which goes toward your final total. For everything else—no deposit needed!
Want to avoid entering your card online? Call or visit us to book with a deposit instead.
For those unable to provide a credit card or deposit, walk-in and same-day bookings are available, though these reservations cannot be guaranteed.
Consultations Book your consultation!
We love creating custom looks just for you! For new color clients, chemical services, or anything more detailed, a quick in-person or virtual consultation is required first. This helps us plan the right timing, products, and pricing for your goals.
Confirmation & Reminders
Once you book, you’ll get a welcome message and reminders. Please confirm your details and preferred contact method—we want to make sure everything runs smoothly!
Running late? Life happens! Just let us know—arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours' notice for any changes. Need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours? A 50% fee applies. No-shows will also be charged, and repeat offenders may be asked to leave a deposit for all future visits.
Cancellations can be made by phone, text, through our app, or online (not email).
To ensure smooth scheduling, appointments that remain unconfirmed within 24 hours of the service may be subject to cancellation and offered to other clients, based on availability and demand.
Comfort & Environment
Kids are welcome if they’re booked for a service, but for safety, little ones who aren’t receiving services can't be on the salon floor. In the spa, anyone under 18 needs a guardian’s consent, and under 16 must be accompanied.
To keep things peaceful, please silence your phone and avoid calls in the spa.
We are committed to reducing paper waste; therefore, our service menu and receipts are paperless and accessible via your mobile device.
Forms
We’ll send digital forms before your appointment to help us deliver the best care. They're quick, secure, and required for some of our services.
Payment & Gratitude
Payment is due at the end of your visit. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, cash, and gift cards. Tips are always appreciated (but not included).
Gift Cards & Group Bookings
Gift cards make the perfect treat! Available online or in-store. Booking a group of 4+? Reach out to our Group Coordinator for easy planning and a relaxing day out.
Feedback & Satisfaction
Your happiness matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right—adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days otherwise, it will be treated as a new service. We guarantee satisfaction if you use our recommended products and follow care instructions. Adjustments will be handled by the original stylist and do not cover changes in style or color direction. Product returns are accepted within 7 days for exchanges (some exclusions apply).
