We truly appreciate your patronage, and we owe everything to you, our loyal guests. To show our appreciation, we have created a points program that will provide you with great reward benefits.

​

The success of a good reward program is based on two things — value and ease of use.

Our customer rewards program passes both of these criteria with flying colors. All Modern Wave clients are automatically included in the program. There are NO fees to join, NO forms to fill out and NO cards to carry! Simply book an appointment and you will earn your points upon checking out - It’s that easy!

You can earn points by receiving services, pre-booking your next appointment, and for referring your friends and family to us. Our system automatically keeps track of what you’ve earned and what you’ve redeemed. The best thing about being an active* Modern Wave Rewards Member is that your points will NEVER expire!

 

POINTS BREAKDOWN

  • Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on salon and spa services

  • Earn 1,000 points for pre-booking your next appointment

  • Earn 10,000 points for each new referral

 

REDEEMING YOUR POINTS | 1,000 points = $1

  • You may choose to bank the points, or spend them as you go – the choice is all yours!

  • Points may be redeemed for salon and spa services once you have accumulated the minimum redemption amount of 1,000 points

  • Maximum redemption is $20 per visit/check out

 

DISCLAIMERS

  • You must be a registered client of Modern Wave, over the age of 18, with a valid email, phone number and credit card on file to receive points.

  • Members may not receive points for visits prior to enrollment.

  • Team members are not eligible to participate.

  • Points earned to not apply to tax or gratuity.

  • Points will print at the bottom of the receipt. Any errors must be adjusted the day of which the transaction was made.

  • Points for pre-booking the next service are issued when the rebooked appointment is checked out. The points ARE NOT distributed into your account at time of booking. Earning points for pre-booking only applies to one pre-book at a time.

  • Points will not be issued for complimentary services such as a bang trim.

  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Points may only be redeemed for services.

  • Points may not be redeemed with any other service coupon or discount.

  • Points may not be redeemed for gratuity.

  • You can’t earn points by redeeming points.

  • Referred family and/or friend must be a new guest to Modern Wave.

  • Referred must mention your name as referrer in order to earn your points. Points go into your account after the referral has completed and checked out for his/her first visit.

  • *An active rewards member is a client that regularly visits Modern Wave and earns points by receiving services. Any client points that have not been redeemed will be removed after 12 months of inactivity; no appointment booked or transaction occurring.

  • Modern Wave may cancel or change the program at any time.

  • Modern Wave may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.

  • Cancellation Policy will apply, and missed appointment agree to forfeiture of points and/or charge to card on file.

 

By enrolling in the Modern Wave Rewards program, you give Modern Wave your consent to use automated technology to contact, call, email and/or text you at the phone number you provided, including your wireless number, if provided. Please note that this consent is not a condition of purchase.
