Welcome! We’re so happy you’re here. Our goal is to make every step of your visit — from booking to checkout — easy, relaxing, and personal. Here are a few of the most common questions guests ask us:
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime, or call or text us during business hours.
Please note: color services cannot be booked online. Please call or text us at 847-516-9283 so we can ensure the perfect timing and stylist match for your color goals.
A 50% deposit is required for complex services or appointments longer than two hours, such as advanced color, color corrections, chemical services, formal styling, or HeadSpa experiences. Deposits are applied toward your final total.
How do appointment confirmations and reminders work?

Once you book, you’ll receive a welcome message and appointment reminders.

Please confirm your appointment when prompted so we can hold your spot.

Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours may be released to waitlisted guests.

If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure we have enough time for your service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all changes or cancellations.

You can cancel by phone, text, app, or online (email cancellations are not accepted).

If an appointment remains unconfirmed within 24 hours, it may be offered to another guest.

Repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require deposits for all future visits.
Do you sell gift cards? Can I book a group service?
Absolutely. Gift cards are available both online and in-store.
Planning a spa day or celebration for four or more guests? Our Group Coordinator can help you design the perfect experience.
What if I’m not completely happy with my service?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something feels off, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll schedule an adjustment within seven days.
Adjustments are handled by your original stylist and apply to technical fixes, not style or color direction changes.
We guarantee results when you use our recommended Aveda products and follow our home-care advice.
Product exchanges are accepted within seven days (some exclusions apply).
Anything else I should know?
We’re a paper-reduced salon — our menus, forms, and receipts are digital and easy to access from your mobile device.
